Escher Fish

Project Brief-
The task is to explore the simple geometric shape of the triangle. Then manipulate it into a three-dimensional form. The constraints of the project are to only use triangles. They can be equilateral, isosceles, scalene, or right triangles and they must all be the same size. There are no constraints on what to model.
Lighting Design
Nelson Hall

Project Brief-
Nelson Hall, on the University of Wisconsin Stevens-Point campus, is in need of a new lighting plan in its public area. This area includes a lounge, corridor and open conference area. The building was built in 1915 and is the second oldest building on the UWSP campus. The space has a large fireplace, hardwood floors, many windows and large decorative crown and baseboard.
The space needs the lighting updated but it should be dynamic to allow for a variety of activities to happen there. A custom luminaire is requested to enhance the space visually but should also add to the function of the area.
